Community Guidelines

Last updated: June 2026

1. Our Mission

PostPilot.Help, operated by Smith Medical, P.C., helps creators connect their social accounts across YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon to publish and schedule content. These Community Guidelines exist to keep that creator community healthy, trustworthy, and safe.

They apply to everything you do on PostPilot.Help and to the content you publish or schedule through it. They work alongside our Acceptable Use Policy and our Terms of Service.

2. Be Authentic

Authenticity builds trust. When you use PostPilot.Help, you agree to:

  • Not impersonate any person, brand, or organization, or misrepresent your affiliation with them.
  • Disclose synthetic media. If your content is materially generated or altered by AI in a way that could mislead viewers (for example, a synthetic voice, face, or fabricated event), you must clearly label it as such.
  • Not use deceptive AI or deepfakes to deceive, defraud, or manipulate your audience.

3. Be Respectful

A healthy community has room for disagreement but no room for abuse. You may not use PostPilot.Help to publish or schedule content that:

  • Harasses, bullies, threatens, or targets an individual or group with abuse.
  • Promotes hatred or violence against people based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, disability, age, sex, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
  • Coordinates pile-ons, doxxing, or campaigns of targeted harassment.

4. Keep It Lawful and Safe

Do not use PostPilot.Help to publish, schedule, or distribute content that is illegal or that promotes serious harm. This includes content that:

  • Encourages terrorism, violent extremism, or organized criminal activity.
  • Facilitates the sale of illegal goods, weapons, or regulated substances.
  • Promotes self-harm, suicide, or dangerous activities likely to cause real-world injury.

5. No Spam or Platform Manipulation

PostPilot.Help is a scheduling and publishing tool, not an engine for inauthentic activity. You may not:

  • Use the Service to send repetitive, unsolicited, or bulk content (spam) across connected accounts.
  • Artificially manipulate platform algorithms through fake engagement, bot networks, or coordinated inauthentic behavior.
  • Circumvent the rate limits, posting rules, or developer policies of any connected social platform.

You are responsible for following the rules of each platform you connect. Violating their policies can get your accounts suspended by them, not just by us.

6. Protect Minors

We have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes, endangers, or exploits minors. Any such content will be removed and reported to the appropriate authorities, and the responsible account will be permanently banned. Do not collect personal information from children or target them with inappropriate material.

7. Respect Intellectual Property

Only publish content you own or have the right to use. Do not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights. If you believe content published through PostPilot.Help infringes your rights, contact our designated agent at smithappsupport@gmail.com with details of the work and the allegedly infringing material so we can review and respond.

8. Disclose Sponsored and Affiliate Content

Honesty with your audience is both good practice and, in many places, the law. When your posts are sponsored, paid, or contain affiliate links, you should:

  • Disclose the relationship clearly and conspicuously (for example, "#ad", "Sponsored", or "Paid partnership").
  • Place the disclosure where viewers will actually see it, not buried in a thread.
  • Follow FTC-style endorsement guidance and any equivalent rules in your region.

9. Reporting and Enforcement

If you see content or behavior that violates these Guidelines, report it to smithappsupport@gmail.com. We review reports and may take action including warnings, content removal, feature restrictions, or suspension and termination of accounts. Serious or repeated violations may result in a permanent ban. Paid plans and packs purchased through Stripe do not exempt any account from enforcement.

We apply these Guidelines under the governing law and in the jurisdiction set out in our Terms of Service.

10. Relationship to Our Other Policies

These Community Guidelines supplement, and do not replace, our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms of Service. If there is any conflict, the Terms of Service control. We may update these Guidelines from time to time, and continued use of PostPilot.Help means you accept the current version.
