PostPilot.Help is operated by Smith Medical, P.C. ("we," "us," or "our"). We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect everyone who uses our platform to do the same. PostPilot.Help is a social media content management and scheduling tool that lets you connect accounts on networks such as YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon, and then create, publish, and schedule posts to them.
In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement. This policy explains how copyright owners can report material they believe infringes their rights, how affected users can respond, and what happens to accounts that repeatedly infringe.
If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that content stored or made available through PostPilot.Help infringes your copyright, you may send us a written notice. To be effective under the DMCA, your notice must include all of the following six elements:
Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, anyone who knowingly misrepresents that material is infringing may be liable for damages.
We have designated a Copyright Agent to receive notices of alleged infringement. Please send your DMCA notice to our Designated Copyright Agent at:

To help us act quickly, please use the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." Once we receive a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and make a good-faith effort to notify the affected user.
If your content was removed or disabled and you believe this was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a written counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent at smithappsupport@gmail.com. To be effective, your counter-notification must include all of the following:
If we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material in 10 to 14 business days unless the original complainant first notifies us that they have filed a court action seeking to keep the material down.
We take repeat infringement seriously. It is our policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are determined to be repeat infringers. Termination may include cancellation of any active Stripe subscription or one-time pack and loss of access to connected social accounts and scheduled content. We may also remove infringing material and take other action we consider appropriate without prior notice.
PostPilot.Help is a tool that helps you organize, create, and schedule posts to third-party social networks. We do not create your content for you, and we do not monitor or pre-approve what you publish. You are solely responsible for the content you upload, schedule, and publish, and for ensuring you have all rights, licenses, and permissions needed to use it — including any music, video, images, or text owned by others.
When you publish to a connected network, that network's own copyright rules and terms also apply. Removing material from PostPilot.Help does not necessarily remove it from a third-party platform where it has already been published; you may need to delete it directly on that network as well.
