Accessibility Statement

Last updated: June 2026

1. Our Commitment to Accessibility

PostPilot.Help, operated by Smith Medical, P.C., is committed to making our social media content management and scheduling platform usable by the widest possible audience, including people with disabilities. We believe that everyone who connects their social accounts and publishes or schedules content should be able to do so with dignity, independence, and confidence.

Accessibility is not a one-time project for us. It is an ongoing effort that we build into how we design, develop, and review our product over time. This statement explains the standard we aim for, the steps we have taken so far, the limitations we are aware of, and how you can reach us for help.

2. The Standard We Aim For

We aim to align PostPilot.Help with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines, published by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C), are an internationally recognized benchmark for making web content more accessible.

WCAG 2.1 AA is a goal we actively work toward as part of our continuous improvement, not a guaranteed certification. Because our platform changes frequently and integrates with many third-party social networks, some areas may not yet fully conform at all times. We treat any gap we discover as something to fix, not something to ignore.

3. Measures We Have Taken

To move toward our accessibility goals, we have adopted a number of practices in the way we build and maintain the platform, including:

  • Semantic HTML structure — We use meaningful headings, landmarks, lists, and labels so that the page structure is clear to assistive technologies and not conveyed by visual styling alone.
  • Keyboard navigation — We work to make interactive elements such as menus, buttons, the post composer, and the scheduling calendar reachable and operable using a keyboard, without requiring a mouse or touchscreen.
  • Color and contrast attention — We pay attention to text and interface color contrast so content remains readable, and we try not to rely on color alone to communicate meaning such as status or errors.
  • Alternative text for media — Our content tools support adding descriptive alternative text to images and media, helping the posts you create be more accessible to your own audiences as well.
  • Clear forms and feedback — We aim to associate labels with form fields and to surface errors and confirmations in text that assistive technology can announce.

4. Assistive-Technology Compatibility

We aim for PostPilot.Help to work with current versions of widely used assistive technologies and modern web browsers. This includes screen readers, screen magnification software, voice-input tools, and operating-system accessibility features on desktop and mobile devices.

The exact experience can vary depending on the specific combination of browser, operating system, and assistive technology you use, as well as how those tools are configured. If a particular combination is not working well for you, we want to hear about it so we can investigate.

5. Known Limitations and Continuous Improvement

Despite our efforts, some parts of PostPilot.Help may not yet be fully accessible. Known areas where work is ongoing include complex interactive views such as analytics charts, drag-and-drop scheduling, and content embedded or rendered from connected platforms like YouTube, X, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, Bluesky, and Mastodon, which we do not fully control.

We review accessibility on an ongoing basis, prioritize fixes as we identify barriers, and consider accessibility when we add new features. Feedback from people who use assistive technology is one of the most valuable inputs into this process.

6. Accessibility and Paid Plans

Our commitment to accessibility applies to all users regardless of plan. Whether you are on a free plan or pay for a monthly subscription or a one-time content pack through Stripe, the accessibility measures described in this statement apply equally to you. Billing and account-management screens are included in our ongoing accessibility review.

7. How to Request Help or Report a Barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on PostPilot.Help, or if you need assistance using any part of the platform, please contact us at smithappsupport@gmail.com. To help us respond quickly, it is useful to include the page or feature involved, the browser and assistive technology you are using, and a description of the problem.

We take accessibility feedback seriously and aim to acknowledge requests promptly and work with you toward a resolution or a reasonable alternative way to complete your task. We welcome your suggestions for how we can improve.

8. Governing Law and Updates

This Accessibility Statement is provided for informational purposes and forms part of our broader legal terms. Any questions of governing law or jurisdiction are handled under the jurisdiction set out in our Terms of Service.

We may update this statement from time to time as our platform evolves and as our accessibility work continues. When we make changes, we will revise the date shown at the top of this page.
